FNB *****ING PENSIONERS GRANT

Over 2 months ago I tried making a purchase using my FNB card and was not able to. I then contacted the bank but no one could assist as my card was on a temporary hold as per FNB. I was asked to wait on FNB to contact me. A month later and they still couldnt assist me. Now two months later not a single email or phone call from FNB. My government grant goes into this account and FNB will not allow me to access it. FNB put a hold on my account as money was transferred to me "*****ulently". So every time a client picks up the phone and says they made a "mistake" does the bank just block the account? So I am guilty without FNB contacting me? My grant pays for food for my daughter and I. I have been struggling for 2 months without my grant. WE DO NOT HAVE FOOD AND WE ARE STARVING BECAUSE OF FNB. Not once has a consultant contacted us to request details. IS FNB ALLOWED TO ***** A PENSIONERS GOVERNMENT GRANT? You wont allow me to use my grant then why doesn't the bank stop the account and return the grant? Why does the bank insist on taking the money and keeping it? MY FAMILY ARE STARVING BECAUSE OF FNB AND I WILL NOW HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SUFFERING. I have confirmed with SASSA and the bank cannot hold my funds. I have also confirmed with the banking ombudsman and FNB cannot hold a pensioners grant for any reason. I doubt i will receive a response from this money driven institution called FNB. I will not stop until this has been made public to all.
