FNB *****ING MY MONEY VIA BANK CHARGES

FNB revolving loans are randomly debiting my account and making me pay an unpaid fee of R105 This is *****ulent as the debit is not even on the payment date 25th Now I have to pay R105 for their mistake?

I messaged FNB on the banking app, they transferred me from pillar to post and made me wait very long only to tell me that they cannot help me. I called the revolving loans department and they told me that they too cannot help me. I was then transferred to the aspire account department. Now they tell me that my query will be reviewed between 7 and 14 days.

This is such nonsense because they take my money *****ulently and now I must wait for my query to be reviewed and not even guaranteed that I will be paid back. I cannot even explain the extreme frustrations I am facing here. The only R100 I had in my account and FNB STOLE it.
