FNB *****ing my money

If I can give them a minus I would. I logged a toll gate ***** case on 12 July 2025 because I had about two toll gate transactions I couldn’t recognise. The card number ends with the same numbers of the card that was sent to Sunward park branch and I never collected(meaning the card was never active and automatically suspended) Even after reporting numerous times transaction are going through, even now on the 22 July 2025 money has been taken on my account and I’m over drawn by over R2000 because of this. fnb is not doing anything not even flagging or stopping transactions from my account. But even today I wake up and I’m on a further negative. What’s frustrating is that I don’t know when they’ll stop, I asked for the account to be closed but they said they cannot till investigation is closed. I don’t even know how long I’ll wait, I’ve made noise everywhere. No one is stopping those transactions and I don’t even know what I’m waiting for anymore.. I HOPE THEY CONCLUDE THIS SO I CAN FINALLY CLOSE THE ACCOUNT… I feel so helpless right now
