FNB ******ING MONEY FROM THEIR CLIENTS!!!

FNB is ******ing money out of thier clients. I will fight this battle, and once its over. I will definitely close of my account with FNB. They have no respect for their customers.

I had cash of R41000 today through a business sale, and I went inside Fourways mall branch. The teller did not give me any advice. She deposited the funds in my account and FNB immediately charged me R1308 for that transaction. I pay BANK FEES, SERVICE FEES, MONTHLY SERVICE FEES. and you still charging me for money coming into my account!!! and its not R100 or R200. ITS R1300!!! This is ridiculous and ******ion. Had the teller advised me this I would have resisted to deposit the cash.

I reached out to an agent on the secure chat by the name of Mshathoni, and explained my situation. He sends me the price guide. Who the hell reads a price guide before doing a transaction!! Your staff should be trained into advising clients. I would also like to know, how you got to that amount.

PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY. I WILL NOT LET THIS REST. I PAY MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEES. WHY MUST I PAY FOR MONEY COMING INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!
