FNB *****ing money from my account

I’ve been getting these “declined foreign t 457… " in my account for no reason EVERYDAY and money is being taken from my account, EVERYDAY! I tried requesting a phone call but nobody is getting back to me. They are very quick to call you back when you want a loan but not when they are ****ming you!!!!
