FNB *****ING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS

FNB has put a hold on my account after a ****mer bought furniture that I was selling online after I moved last year in December. He paid money in my account and then phoned FNB to flag my account to get back the money. I have been contacting FNB for a week now phoning every single day and been told that I only the agent from the ***** department can assist. I have emailed this person twice no and I am being blatantly ignored by customer care as well as Tsegofatso Segonyane. In the mean time I have paid money into my account. I am being charged a monthly service,FNB is contacting me to try and sell my insurance and more products but not a single person from Premier Service has contacted me to tey and resolve this. I cannot believe this is how you treat your customers. I cannot believe that one person working for FNB has the capacity to hold the account and money of your customer and not communicate. I have asked for it to be escalated and was told that you have emailed Tsegofatso and then I was told to email her again myself and cc *** I have also done that still nothing. Nobody is able to provide me with the details of this situation at FNB. They only tell me that the person who purchased my couches reported my account for *****. Is FNB helping ****mers now?????????????????????? I have phoned again this morning pleading and fighting because I need my money. My money I work for. I have three children that I need to support. How can FNB do this to their customers????????????? Just blatantly take our money. Demand that you pay money into your account because it has become overdrawn with service fees and even though you transfer amounts into your account or your boss pays you, they ***** your money and dont help you sort this out and ignore you?????????????
