Fnb *****ing money.

I'm a client of Fnb, and on the 28th of March I made a payshap payment to someone, on Monday the person reached out to say they haven't received it. When I Queried, they said they have escalated the matter to clear payment. It will take 4 business days.

They will get back to me regarding the matter.

On Thursday, I reached out again, only to find out they have been having technical difficulties with payshap payments.

No communication was ever sent out, and in the meantime this person had to pay her rent

On Saturday, I had to phone again, this time they told me the money was cleared on the 2nd of April, however the money still haven't reflected on this person's bank account.

Now they are telling me that they have to log a missing payment request because they can't see where the money went to.

I am disgusted in Fnb, and if I don't get my money refunded by tomorrow, I'll take legal action.

This is ridiculous.
