FNB *****ing money

Please do not be fooled By FNB insurance, they offer you a very low premium on car insurance and household insurance. they are not afraid to take your money each and every month, but let them break into your house and you try to claim for the possessions that was ****** and it take 1 month for them to provide you with feedback and also just to find out after a month that the claim was rejected due to me not having receipt for each and every item that was ******, after which Robyn from FNB claims department informed me that i do not have to worry about that as a photo will be proof of ownership.
