Fnb *****ing funds and clients not noticing because it's cents...

Fnb the worse bank ever... 0.05 cents was unaccounted for In my bank account.. although it might seem like I'm being silly for this.. it is *****ing... *****ing 0.05 cent from every client if theirs is making them millions in a month.. I've been trying to question it via all channels with fnb and they refuse to give me an answer.. trying to **** me off... please make sure to check youlls accounts cents included.. all the time people don't worry about the cents we don't take notice when it's not account for in our bank accounts... they are robbing us and when we question it we get laughed at because we're talking about cents.... *****ing is *****ing regardless of the amount.. something needs to be done about this.
