FNB *****ing funds
So I had a payment for happypay go off my account on the 27th of December 2024, I saw the funds leave my account and the transaction on my banking app(this was a virtual card payment) since that day Happypay have not received the funds and my incontact messages and transaction history for this transaction has disappeared yet the funds are not in my account or happypays. Virtual chat hasn't helped me at all. So FNB where is R1978,68? Or can I sue?

08 Jan 2025, 11:43So the funds are not in my account, the transaction does not show up. I had another R1700 deposit into my account yesterday that isn't reflecting on my balance HappyPay do not have the funds. Where is my R1978,68? I will be taking this matter further.
