FNB *****ing from FNB Kids Accounts

I have 2 FNBy accounts for my two kids. Their cards expired. FNB did not auto renew or contact me to renew. When I did call them, then the charged both kids accounts for R160 replacement fees! Why is FNB *****ing from kids? I have queried a few times and FNB does not want to reverse the amounts. It is a waste of time to call them ....
