FNB *****ing from customers

I was debited two times for the same transaction by ebucks. Tried calling them but their staff dropped my call midway through and didn’t even bother to call back.

Upon complaining their Kerrie Powrie email me (she didn’t bother to call me to resolve) on 24 Nov to acknowledge their error and promised as a minimum to return the money that was opportunistically taken from my account. It is now 27 Nov and FNB/ebucks still sitting with my money and Kerrie has gone awol since asking her to escalate to her line manager.

How many other customers who don’t check their statements are being *****ulently double debited like this? Shame on you FNB.
