FNB *****ing customers money

I tried to withdraw a certain amount of money on the 25th of October Saturday) at the FNB by Maponya Mall in (Soweto. Everything ran smoothly as usual, on my all the money was deducted however the money never came out of the ATM. The bank was closed at the time and I couldn't go the following Sunday. So I went on the Monday asking for assistance. They gave me a form to fill in, that had a reference number, copy of the slip and dates of when the incident happened, and told me if the money hadn't been returned in 2 days I should go back to the bank. I waited until the Thursday and still received no call. I went again on the Thursday and they couldn't tell me what the problem was and told me I should just wait, eventually the money will come back. Well, it's the 25th of November now and I still haven't received a call or my money back
