FNB *****ing clients money from payshap😡

I sent money money through payshap and the transaction failed but FNB still took my money from the account. I spoke to them on the app chat and first person told me the transaction is pending and will reflect the next morning from 2am to 5am. The next morning around 7:30 I decide to reach out to them again and they asking if the money didn’t get to the recipient and I told them it’s actually my own account I was sending to. I know they were about to act as if the money reached the recipient😡 and now they started telling me the transaction is still pending I must wait until the evening these *******😡
