Fnb *****ing

So I sent an ewallet then the bank kept on giving an error then I had to get another pin then it showed that I received the money wer I have not, iam currently so ****ed of by calling fnb chatting to them n no one can gimme clear answer. All they say is that they will investigate wer I need my money now.. They do not consider yourself n this is your own money so meaning is fnb starting to rob the people with their money. They so a high bank 1 of the best bank but they lack and they *****ing people's hard working earned money this is not on... ****ed of from fnb I won't advise anyone to have an fnb account iam closing mine too much issues.. Can't beg for your own hard working earned money
