FNB *****ing

Still no assistance from FNB, my account is R1031 in a negative, I had R4000 plus when I entered the supermarket swiped my card for R1711 withdrew R2600.

Can someone please contact me and sort my account. This all happens on the 26th August and strange enough my bank statement is only till the 26th August but no transaction shows on my statement with regards to this problem.
