FNB Infinity loop, cannot cancel card, need card to cancel card

As pathetic as usual.

Cannot cancel my card on line: I get this message: Sorry! 00090cannot Xfr Xfred Plastic

Error code: 1340

I cannot phone my private banker because I need my card number. My wallet is ****** so I do not have my card number. How idiotic, I process designed by an infant no doubt.
