FNB ineptitude and false charges
Apparently some time in September unbeknownst to myself the person at checkers put the amount I was paying on Budget. It does not show on my Credit Card Account on my Banking App. So I was charged interest and an amount of R140. IF I had SEEN that there was erroneously an amount on my Budget Facility, which I myself have NEVER used and NEVER asked for anything ever to be put onto my Budget Facility, I would have settled that amount immediately but as I could not SEE it on my OWN account I had ZERO clue that it was there !!! HOW is it even LEGAL for an amount to put onto MY Budget Facility and then NOT show me or INFORM me or even ALLOW me to SEE it on my OWN account ?!?! HOW can FNB have SUCH a ridiculously inept function whereby my Credit Card Account does not show the Budget Facility amount owing on my Credit Card Account ??? How can I settle something that I CANNOT see and do NOT know is THERE because I never requested for the amount I paid to be placed on this Budget Facility ?!?!

I have just been called by someone at FNB and informed that they will not reverse the R140 I was charged on a Budget purchase that I never made and was never aware of because it did not show or reflect on my Credit Card Account on my banking app until I was I was charged said R140 today, that is how I came to know about the amount that was placed on my Budget Facility without my prior knowledge or consent.
So as things stand and as I have just been informed by FNB said issue has not been resolved.
