FNB inefficient and delayed responses

Fnb has been beyond unhelpful. I got ****med through someone calling in on behalf of FNB and they DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Super delayed responses. I am disappointed by thier actions to this. I don't feel comfortable knowing ******** are targeting them and they aren't taking responsibility for when it impacts thier customers. I expected more from them.
