FNB inefficiency despite big promises

I opened a Platinum account at FNB Clearwater on the 13th May 2015, I explained that I want to close my account with my current bank. I was promised that my debits would be efficiently and speedily moved from Absa to FNB.
To date, 2 weeks later, not A SINGLE debit order has been transferred from the other account to my new one.
This is disappointing, and makes me wonder if FNB's elaborate promises of an effecient bank is just a ploy to attract new clients and once a person has signed up, they are left hanging.
I have done a similar change of debits and the whole exercise took me less than a day to do!

I am honestly wondering if I do want to go ahead and move my account to FNB or perhaps shop around for a bank that does not make empty promises and can't do something as simple as transfer debit orders to their own bank. This is very ineffecient.
