FNB Industria - Mpho the Superstar

Mpho. The lady with exceptionally good service.

So I stepped into the FNB branch last month , Aug 2026 and noticed it is a small bank. Usually you would expect to wait long. But it was the complete opposite experience.

No long waits Great to exceptional service (I mean wow this Lady Mpho was handling multiple clients at the same time and was very focused without a mistake and she managed to instroduce new products to me and also helped me open multiple accounts)

Very fresh , humble, great personality and presentation towards clients.

The bank has a nice waiting are, nice comfy chairs. Also with 2 chairs at each desk is also a good thing when walking in with your partner.

One of the best FNB branches , if not the best to date that I have used thus far. It's like having a personalised bank without worrying about long queues or tickets.
