FNB Industria Branch really sucks!!!

I'm so disappointed by the service I received from FNB industria branch, I have literally been going there the past 4 days to get assistance with online banking because it keeps giving me an error message when I try to link my PayPal account, when I called the FNB PayPal department they kept sending me to the branch because I needed to be assisted with merging the two accounts that appear on my profile, hence the Error message. but when I got to the branch today, after 3 days of going there the lady was literally shouting at me and telling me to go and bother people from my own bank because PayPal services are only for FNB customers and there is no way for me to link it to another bank. She said I have been coming there and they told me they cant assist me without having an FNB card. I have never been this embarrassed in my life, its been a while since I just wanted to cry from humiliation. when I tried telling her what I was told by the consultant on the phone and that it is possible to link a NONE FNB account with PayPal even if you are not an FNB account holder, and that I am able to do it but my issue is the two accounts that need to be merged and I'll do the rest just as soon as my online banking issues have been sorted. she persisted and "recruited" her fellow colleagues into the conversation and at this point everyone was adding an opinion and telling me it is not possible and I should be bothering my bank with this and not them. And what annoys me the most is the fact that they are the ones who told me I have to delete my old online banking profile on Monday when I went there and try to create another one because I had forgotten my online banking login details, which led me to this issue of two account that needed to be merged.
