FNB INDIRECTLY BENEFITING FROM THE R99 unauthorized debits through thei charges,

FNB is not helpful to clients, I was a victim of unauthorized debit order by a company called Millionairmilsmrt935 on the 1st June 2019. FNB is aware of these R 99 debits made by ************ companies, when I tried to stop on the 2nd and reverse on app, I got an error message, service not available, until I chatted with a banker, who managed to reverse as an unpaid debit order. Who is now benefiting, Fnb, because they say there are charges for this service, now I see why banks have not been doing anything about these R99 debit orders, it’s a profitable business to them too, I am unhappy and I want to close my premium account, I have already called to close my private credit card, I’m done, moving on to another bank
