FNB increasing interest without agreement!! NO RESPONSE to emails!!

The interest rate on my credit card has changed from 11.25% to 22.25% without any agreement or prior notice. This has significantly increased the amount of interest charged per month. I have sent emails but have not received any response and it's been months!!
