FNB increases premium by 28% without my consent after being escalated to ombudsman

My monthly building insurance fees have now been hiked up, without my consent, and after the fact that FNB has been giving me the run around for the past 2 months and making every effort to not pay out my claims after my property has been vandalised. I have since escalated you to the ombudsman for short term insurance. How do you go from rejecting my claim, then approving it after I ask you for recorded calls, then just completely going silent on my claim but asking your sales team to reach out to ask me if I want more of your completely unhelpful insurance for my car and home; and then increasing my premium by 28% without even contacting me.
