FNB increased my overdraft but never gave me access to the money, they just increased the over draft

My account reflects money in the overdraft facility that I never received. Please log into my account and see that on the 15th of May my overdraft balance was -R20849.53 and I had an Avail balance of R2895.37, I then transferred R 2337.00 from my Fusion account to my Credit card account. When I opened my FNB App there was an orange block that offered me an increase on my overdraft facility from R20k to R24k. I accepted the offer. Again on the 15th of May I received a massage that said: "You're all set, PETRUS your limit increase to your fusion account private client account was successful" On the 16th of May my balance statement reflected that my overdraft facility is at -R23437.53 with an avail balance of R116.18.

What Ross and the other dolts can't seem to fathom is that FNB took my overdraft from +-R20k to +-R23k without giving ME the access to the money...where is the R3k???? Why did I not get R4k as the offer stated it would increase from R20k to R24k?!?!?!?!

What is going on?...its almost 10 days without resolve
