FNB incorrectly calculating ebucks

FNB has not rewarded me points for viewing my budget, I am looking at my statement and I know that I viewed my budget because you have a system where it tells you that you are running short of funds, in that time, I also had a look at how much funds are available as well as doing a transfer within the month to fund the account in October yet I was not rewarded the points for viewing my budget.
