FNB - INCORRECT ITC JUDGEMENT
In April last year I settled my debt with FNB. In October they took a judgement on my name. Since January I have been trying to sort this out with them to no avail. Mirriam Legodi told me in January it will take 14 days to be settled with the credit bureau. I then spoke to a Laurelene Vermeulen and still no joy. On Monday I was told that Mirriam will get back to me before lunch - still no joy! So they have the right to ruin my name but can't fix it. They now expect me to pay for reports all the time to prove that my name is still on ITC. FNB's service is terrible and I am very upset about this.
