FNB Incorrect interest charges
I had a revolving loan with FNB. I paid up the loan but left the account open. At the month end I was charged R69 for the monthly fee. so now I owe R69 on my Revolving facility. I decide to click settle an close account. I get charged R3054,57. That doesn't make any sense at all, How can interest on R69 be over R3K?? i have complained many times and no one can assist me because Äccount is Clsoed". what bull**** is this??

17 Dec 2025, 14:50Please may I get someone with actual knowledge on the matter to contact me, the agents are give giving a scripted generic reply which is ****ing me off. Interest, services charges based on what?? I would like a full break down on how it was calculated not some generic response.
