FNB incorrect credit profile entry

FNB added two entries on my credit profile on my overdraft. One profile is updated the other not. I am trying to get this corrected. Calling does not help. Getting someone on the phone that can even understand what I am talking about. Getting transferred all over the place, and still not making headway in getting this issue sorted out.
