FNB inconvenienced me

I had 3 scheduled payments. I realised a day before that I would not have sufficient funds but it was too late for me to cancel. The bank paid those three even though there were insifficient funds on the 13th of this month. There was an important debit order that had to go through on the 16th of February. I borrowed money and ensured that there was +R1100 in my account, in as much as the debit order was for R599. This morning I woke up to find out that the debit order did not go through because the bank charged me R200 for each of the scheduled payments that they honoured. The debit order remains unpaid.

I never asked for the scheduled payments to be paid and it makes no sense as to why they would have paid for the scheduled payments which were set by me and not pay for the debit order that goes through every month. I would have been charged way less for the bounced scheduled payments and the debit order would have gone through. I do not have bank overdraft facility and now the institution will cut the services and charge us more for reconnection just because of FNB. I am so angry
