FNB InContact a fail

I have an issue with FNB InContact. Since the morning of 2023/09/26 it is not sending me email notification of transaction, only on SMS. I should be getting for all transactions R100+ and when I log into online banking. I was chatting to agents on secure chat and transferred 5 times, then eventually Liziwe just redid it and left, but it is still not working and they ignoring me
