FNB inContact

I have been banking with FNB for the last 20+ years. I have phoned in and said various times that I please DO NOT want the inContact emails to be sent to my previous employer anymore since I havent worked there for more than 3years but STILL every now and again I'll get a request from my previous employer to pls change my FNB details so that they dont receive it any longer. O've changed the details online as well to no avail. I'm at a stage where I'm willing to move over to amother bank due to this.
