Fnb inconsistency and unreliability
Hi I opened up an FNB account about 3 months ago and I get my sassa money and I do crypto mining and trading with the account. So I did a trade with this one guy who I sold crypto coins to and he did send the money through fnb, but it came the next day so Until then i accused him of trying to **** me. So we traded again and I think he wantes to be funny for accusing him so after buying coins from me and getting the money, he goes and called fnb and flagged the money he sent as *****. So they froze my account and emailed me only 2weeks later and they wanted receipt and i rep**** with screenshots and history but my money and acount still blocked for nothing

25 Nov 2020, 23:05Firstly from his side he contacted fnb claiming it was *****. FnB goes ahead and freezes my account. I only get a email after two weeks and in that time didnt know what or who did what.Clearly there was nothing ********** of the payment as I have and transmitted the evidence/screenshot of the transaction which was on the site LocalBitcoins.com. LocalBitcoins is a global company, a third escrow service for crypto traders to trade and both be safe from ******** or robning each other. They hold the crypto/money safe until transaction is done. So i sent FNB the screenshots showing That after he said he paid me and left evidence of payment I went ahead and clicked the "got paid Release" button which goes ahead and provides him his crypto/online coins which he bought from me. So still no reply My account still Frozen for more than a month. My crypto trading funds and my Sassa Unemployment Grant money just stuck there which for someone without a so called "Formal Job" relies on that money to survive. I got Parents and a child who depend on me but because I dont be Dropping a Suit and Tie everyday, They can treat me like nothing contact me late investigate my account late and not to mention when I did go in to FNB Branch and managed to get The phone number of my so called Investigating Officer. I wont mention names but her number used to at first just go to voicemail, a land line number and than after I was getting "The number you have dialed does not exist" Im so frustrated and annoyed that I can get treated like so when I opened up an FnB account coz I thought that they were 1 of the best Financial Institutions in the land....
