FNB *********** staff, credit card limit
I called premier banking on Monday the 11th of May 2015 to ask for a credit card limit increase and the lady send me a quotation for me to sign and send back to them together with my payslip. They provided me with an email [Email Removed] to send the signed quotation to, and i send the required documents to them the same day few minutes later. The following day i got a call from a lady who was asking if i have sent the documents which i assured her that yes i have sent them, i called fnb the same day and i was told i sent to the wrong email address as i was supposed to send to [Email Removed] which i did. On Wednesday i called credit card unit and i was told my documents have not been received, that was after i received an sms assuring me my documents have been received. On friday i called premier banking and the lady i spoke told me credit card unit hasnt received my ID. i mean i was not told to send my id to them. Anyway when was i going to be told of sending through an ID if i hadnt called. Fnb needs to start taking their clients serious, they need to hire competent people who know their work. Dissapointed Angry client
