FNB *********** Service

I am wanting to Cancel my Revolving Credit. I was assisted by Audrey Baloyi who advised to contact the Secure Chat on FNB app to be able to cancel. Audrey tried numerous times to get hold of the credit dept on the phone to cancel to no avail. Once I was able to be assisted on secure chat only to be advised to go back to my branch so that a consultant can cancel.

Being shoved from one platform to the next to get any kind of assistance is ridiculous.

Why is it so quick to get the credit but to cancel anything it's a nightmare.
