FNB *********** of helping with a customer query

FNB must be the most useless bank ever when it comes to updating payment records on your ITC. This was a payment done on my credit card. This is hampering my credit checks. I have phoned and spoken to goodness knows how many consultants that are ill equipped to sort out the problem. Its a simple problem of updating your records at ITC!!! Craig you were supposed to phone me back after Zandi logged the query with you. I have all the reference numbers. Zola you were supposed to phone me back this morning within the hour to check if Craig had contacted me, But no surprise there, NOBODY gets back to you. Its pretty pointless going into a branch as they are unable to assist and tell you to phone credit card division. One is unable to get hold of a supervisor or manager. FNB you should change your slogan to (how we are unable to help you) and frustrate the living daylights out of your customers. Your personal banking experience is terrible and unacceptable. I will never recommend your services to anyone.

Its now the 4th of July and still no one has gotten back to me from FNB. Empty promises once again that FNB will help their clients. Seems that FNB customer care is non existent. Your reply stating that you have logged a complaint on my behalf is utterly useless to me until I actually get a call to say that my issue has been resolved!!

FNB it's now the 12th of July. A week later and still no joy with regards to my account been updated on ITC.
What is so difficult to update your records. Is your staff not adequately trained or is it the same old we don't care attitude about our clients especially if they start making a fuss.I am sick of trying to get a manager or supervisor to try get contact me to get a honest answer.
Your service is pathetic and I will defenitly be looking at changing my accounts to another bank.
