FNB ***********!!!!

FNB unable to assist in simple matter!! Impossible to get through to their Legal Department. Phone or email. FNB Discovery Credit card incorrectly stated as under Debt review. I only need a paid up letter/ settled. I have the necessary proof, but can't get through!!!!
