Fnb ***********

I have 2 business accounts and one personal account with fnb from 2012 but have always experienced disappointing service from them. I need to reverse unauthorized debits and its a mission with them. They transfer you from person to person and 100 times you need to approve on the app. Then they have a separate business line which the personal department fails to transfer you. I phone the business number and they yet again tell you to approve some nonsense on the banking app, app which is dead half the time then how do i approve while im on the line. Then their business line goes blank. They are ridiculous their staff doesnt know whats happening yet we pay so high bank charges with fnb. Im transferring all 3 of my accounts to nedbank because the service of fnb sucks.... Big time.
