I just want to change the date of my RCL and after phoning and phoning, they just keep putting me through. They then told me to go to the branch. The branch told me that they cannot do it and I must phone them.<br> <br> I phoned them again and the lady said she will phone me when she is done but she said the BANK DOES NOT ISSUE ANY CONFIRMATIONS!<br> <br> Also, when I tried to open an overdraft and I got the online documents and it was approved, they opened a cheque account. They told me I must pay fees on the account or I MUST GO THE BANK TO CLOSE IT. BUT I DID NOT OPEN IT!!!!<br> <br> <br> I WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO WANTS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO REFRAIN FROM DOING IT WITH FNB.
