FNB INCOMPETENCY RUINS MY LIFE!
Good Day,I settle my temporary loan on 01 October 2019 but on my credit bureau it is still reflecting as overdue and in arrears for more than two months, thus I have been declined for two important credit application due to their INCOMPETENCY! However, when I contacted them I am send from post to pillar, even though they confirm it shows that the loan was settled long ago but NO ONE want to help me to clear the problem. Here and now FNB has ruined my life as I can't secure a loan that will enable me send my children to school come next week! I have decided to take my business to other bank,may someone please help me to get FNB to update the information at the credit bureaus. I have long settled the loan but I am being punished for someone's not doing their job at FNB.
This displays their sheer arrogance and lack of both responsibility and professionalism -it is like a parent keep sending their child to sort out their (parent) problem! I am deeply disappointed on how poorly they are handling the situation. I intend moving my business to nedbank.
