FNB Incompetency

Besides still having had trauma of getting my bag snatched, I went to FNB Gateway to order new banking cards but I told the lady specifically to deliver my card at 14 Scott Road Pinetown where I work and today after a two weeks I’m told to fetch the card at a Pinetown Branch with no address nothing. I specifically told the lady in Gateway FNB to deliver the card at my work address now my life Isla unconvinced because of what ever ***** up they did with delivery locations. And to top it of these people want an ID I lost with the bag when I was ******.
