FNB incompetence will leave you stranded

I would give FNB a zero star rating if I could. I opened a cash passport with them for the purposes of travelling to the Netherlands. The first purchase I made in the Netherlands got my card blocked due to "suspicious activity". There is no toll free number to call to resolve this and I cannot buy airtime as my card was blocked. Trying to resolve this through the cash passport website gives me a "unknown error", and although I emailed their "customer service" address, FNB has decided that it is too much effort on their part to contact their customer of 10 plus years, and has chosen to rather leave me stranded in a foreign country for 6 days with no money. So unless your idea of travelling includes relying on the kindness of strangers to provide you with help that your bank won't give you, save yourself a horrific experience and bank elsewhere.

Day 7 of waiting for FNB to bother to reply to me while trapped in a foreign country with no money due to incompetence and idocracy of FNB staff. Do they care? No they do not. But they're great at copy-pasting generic replies on order to avoid taking any responsibility for their errors. They might as well have called me to tell me to F*#!?-off, as this is just the lazy equivalent of that.

Oh and by the way,
Cash passport app - unknown error
Cash passport website - unknown error
Call centers - can't call without the airtime I can't buy with a blocked card
Email - no response
Service agent - brain not working
