FNB incompetence penalizes me as the client!!!

So i went into FNB Trade Route Mall to get my wife a spousal account linked to my FNB cheque account.

A lady by the name of Haseena helped me.I specifically mentioned to her, i need to get a spousal account for my wife SO SHE COULD GET THE EBUCKS TRAVEL REWARDS DISCOUNTS! After supplying all the relevant docs , she issued my wife with her own personal card linked to my account. She assured us that my wife and kids would qualify for the flight discounts when booking through ebucks travel.

Can someone at FNB please investigate???? Please note: This is not an ebucks issue so please dont escalate to ebucks dept. This is an account related problem where i was not given a product i requested. The problem stems from the incorrect product supp**** by FNB @ Trade route mall.

If you guys are serious about service and helping your clients, kindly investigate my case with the utmost urgency and my expectation is to have the ebucks discounts for my wifes flight tickets to be app**** and refunded.
