FNB Incompetence

On the 7th of June I went to Fnb Northmead square to file a report that my husband is late, only to find out today when I go to Lakeside mall Fnb that all the money that was in the account of about R45000 that there’s only R11300 left in that account, May please please FNB explain to me why was there no hold of the deceased account because I want that money back hence I was told that I must bring a letter of executorship in order for me to have excess on that money.
