FNB incompetence

To whom it may concern

My business account was blocked between 20 and 21 February i only found out on the 22nd of Feb when i was trying to transact

When i called the ***** department i was told that Standard Bank opened the case, as to how, when and why i was never told and i do not remember receiving any funds from Standard Bank inot my FNB Business account [***]

A investigator Kgotatso Penny Gram was assigned to my case and she has never called nor emailed me to find out if i know anything about what Standard is talking about

My business company name is Eltoset Power Holdings and my case number is ***

Please anyone help me resolve this
