FNB INCOMPETENCE

6 years repaying ALL my debt to you FNB.

"We confirm that the abovementioned account overdraft facility has been settled, account is still open and customer is liable for all fees and charges."

Fourways branch informed me that the account is closed!!!!! I wrote to Debt Review department asking why it was closed? No response.
