FNB incompetence

My father passed away in February 2024. It took me 6 weeks to speak to someone because I got zero response from anyone until I resorted to this platform. Things went well until the lady I was dealing with left earlier this year. Now I'm back to square one. The estate should have been would up by now. My most recent email (sent 5 days ago) has gone unanswered. I have run out of patience.
