FNB incompetence
FNB claims that their debit card outstanding authorization reversal takes 5 business days to process. I’ve waited for longer then this , and when I called in today to query what the hold up is, I’m told to continue waiting. How is this business practice? It’s ridiculous that I have to fight for my own money.
