Fnb incompetence

My father went to Fnb to invest his money. My dad is 65 years old and trusted the bank consultant. The consultant sent him to an insurance broker in the bank who advised my father to invest his money in a guaranteed capital discovery fund. The fund was actually not capital guarnteed and my father lost R30 000 due to an fnb brokers incompetance. The broker no longer works for fnb but I will be reporting the broker and will continue to fight fnb for my dads lost money.
